Everybody should feel sorry for Lynn. She's having to share an office with me while I do my best to sneeze my fool head off. I felt the sinus pressure build up on Sunday, and sure enough, it's developed into a full fledged sinus cold. Blah.
5 days after the fact, I update the wrestling section with the NWA-TNA update. I've got some pics that I took up there too. Granted, it's not all 143 pictures, but it's some of the better ones. Especially the TNA Girls, bless their little gyrating hips.
Wednesday, Jean, the receptionist at the chiropractor noticed that my arm where I had a mole removed last month didn't look like it was healing fast enough. I had scratched it that morning, causing it to bleed and form a little scab, so I didn't think about it too much. This morning, I took a closer look and saw that I still had a stitch remaining, tied really tight and close to the lowest layer of skin (so tight and low I couldn't get to it to rip that bad mamma jamma out). I went back to the doctor to see if they would have better luck. After a lot of poking and prodding, they got most of it. Now the theory is that the remaining sliver of stitch will work it's way up and be able to be removed without the poking and prodding (which hurt a little) that the majority of the stitch required.
Note to self: Next time I'm referred to a doctor by the doctor that I was referred to by my original doctor, don't go.
Last night I went to my first live wrestling event in almost a year. And to make it weirder, it wasn't even a WWF.. I mean WWE, event. This was NWA-TNA, TNA as in "Total Nonstop Action" (*ahem*). It was a last minute choice to go.I bought my ticket at 10:00 and went back to watch at 7:00. I must have enjoyed it, I took 147 pictures, and even with my lousy picture taking abilities at least half of them turned out ok! It was a good show, but long. They taped 2 shows at once, so it all lasted a little over 4 hours. I like wrestling, but 4 hours in an arena is a long time. I'll have some details (plus some pictures :-) up later.
Jerry and I did a little rearranging at the office, so the Webcam now has a different view. It's not quite as high - there's no longer a hutch for it to sit upon - but I think the angle gets more of the room. I've still got to fiddle with it to where it doesn't look like one of those weird Hitchcock angles, but I think it'll work.
As always, correct spelling is optional in any blog entry. Keep in mind that any links more than a year old may not be active, especially the ones pointing back to Russellmania (I like to move things around!).
Tags have been added to posts back to 2005. There may be an occasional old blog that gets added to the tag list, but in reality what could be noteworthy from that far back?
