Only a day late, but the 50th camtoon celebration is up.

One of the things I learned while making this one was how to make a pie chart in Excel. I hardly ever use Excel, but thanks to the internet I can find out what ever I need to know instead of going out and flipping through a book at Barnes & Noble.

Deadlines Deadlines Deadlines

I've got a project at work that's got a deadline of Wednesday. Maybe it can be pushed off until Friday.

Either way, I don't think it's going to make it.

That's my poor excuse for lack of a camtoon today. If it helps any, the next scheduled camtoon is to be the 50th episode spectacular!

Bwaa Haa Haa Haa!

After complaining about everything Friday, I found the worst website ever! Why is it the worst website ever?

• It's for a web design company (they're linked to from the Nissan Dealership page (those bastards!).
• It doesn't work. It looks like a template from Microsoft, because a lot of the links try to go to Microsoft.
• It's been this way for almost a year, according to the last modified date on the page.

Now I'm continuing to feel much better about myself.

Bitchin Time?

A good 99% of the time, I've got nothing to complain about. Sure, there's the little day to day annoyances that everyone has to put up with (like that person driving just a little bit slower than you are, but for one reason or another youcan't get around them). Of late, I've had a couple of things that have messed with my mojo, and today the third popped up to make the trifecta hopefully complete and done.

2 Weeks ago, I found a leak in my lawn mower gas tank. It's currently at the shop to be fixed - they had to order a new tank. In the interim I now have 2 weeks + of grass building up. And you know I'm way to lazy to dig out the push mower and try to take care of it.

Also 2 weeks ago, I threw my back out. Finally, with a lot of help from my boneologist Rachel & Co., everything popped back into place Wednesday. Now I just have to not do anything stupid as bones and muscles remember where they're supposed to be.

This morning, the passenger side window on the truck would only go halfway up. A call to the Nissan dealership, who I affectionatly refer to as "those bastards", and it's all set to be fixed.

Monday.

Bastards.

Except for the out of the blue summer showers we've been having, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Actually, I managed to pry the window up about 4/5 fo the way up, so I'mnot really worried at all. I just hate the hassle of waiting the weekend to take the truck to the dealership, to then leave it all day for them to take 15 minutes to get the window back on the track it skipped off (or however these things work these days).

But at least my back is straight and I can stand up without grunting now. Wait, I think I was grunting before my back ever went out...

I've got meetings (I think) most of the day, so here are some news tid bits to keep you occupied:

• British singer David Craig has been dumped by his supermodel girlfriend because of his obsession with Beyonce Knowles. While the article is a little bland, the pic of David is priceless.
• UNC has revoked it's admission for a high school senior after his grades plummeted his senior year, even though the guy got a 1600 on his SATs. If I had ever taken the SAT I'm sure I would be feeling really stupid right now.
• Thanks to a gasoline shortage in Phoenix, one station is charging $3.98 per gallon. It's now cheaper to fill up with milk.
• Did you know the standard time on a snooze alarm is 9 minutes? I didn't. Of course, I'm oddly proud that I never use the snooze alarm.
